U2/Shakira in WE ARE ONE


Ayer Domingo comenzaron las festividades con motivo de la juramentacion de Obama como presidente de EEUU, con un concierto en las escaleras al monumento en honor a Abraham Lincoln.

Este evento de 2 horas lo estaran repitiendo HBO en señal abierta. Se estima que el concierto lo presenciaron en vivo unas 400.000 personas.

Por Latinoamerica en este concierto bautizado WE ARE ONE , participo la excelente cantante colombiana Shakira junto a Stevie Wonder y Usher.

Uno de los artistas mas importantes en participar fue la banda U2, con su voz lider Bono. La campaña de Barack Obama uso entre sus temas oficiales la pieza City of Blinding Lights.
